Now I'II answer your question. My friend's lessons cost 15 grn by two lessons. One lesson cost 7,50 by the hour. It isn't expensive. How do you think? Please, forgive me by my mistakes :fool:

Its really not expensive. 15 hrn per hour. One more quastion - in which area your teacher(friend) living? Can she visit her customers at their own home or she have got her own premises?
Everyone can make a mistakes. The main problem in learning this language - start learn Grammatik first. Don't do the same mistakes as me. I know at least 30% of english words, can read and understand 70% but i don't know how to write and speak in different times :)

Well, I agree. The price per hour is rather low in comparison with the common hourly rate in our city. This price makes me suppose that your friend is still a student or has just graduated from an institute. Am I right? What’s her experience?
Regarding mistakes I can say that mistakes help us learn better and we shouldn’t be afraid of them. Good luck for you, guys, who wonna learn English. It is worth spending your time.

I start lean because I study in school and institute :О) and I have to lean!...
1) When you have a good profession and know language, you may find a job abroad (my friend find job in italian company).
2) You can find and understand many useful information in magazines, internet and books.

I know the place in Kramatorsk where you need to know english or ukrainian :). Half year ago I was signing up the mortgage agreement with Otp bank/ And their contract were on both languages. As for me i can understand english more better than ukrainina because i know all banking termins on english but don't know how they spells on ukrainian :) Also its useful when you've got mobile from abroad. You don't need to unlock it to russian language/

I know ukrainian as well. Even on my entry test in uni I received the highest mark (59 from 60) ( I have been work like copy-mashine from my mate) :+++). But i never speak on ukrainian/ I may try polish but in the case of even i know ukr - i never get a chance to speak on it/ Because of our region/ How many people you know who speak on ukr? Few?
Anyway - the main reason why i have read that contract in english - I should be assured that all parts of contract typed correctly

O! Sorry! My windows is died after three years of perfect work. when i reinstall it i have got 3 keyboards in my system. I try to delete USA one but it will deleted only when i restart my computer. I'll do it later.
And what is punto? o! O found through google. It's automatic switcher of keaboard languages. Thanks. I will try it.

The main reason for me to start learning English was my wish to travel and see the world. It’s amazing, but knowing English nowadays, you receive a valuable ability to communicate more or less freely almost in every place on the globe. And knowing English really helps me to travel sometimes. Not often, of course, but nevertheless I go abroad once a year. I would never do without my knowledge.

It's nice idea with English thread.
But I'd scrolled through the thread, and it seems kind of difficult to find a right matter to talk about. While it's indeed important to train the skills. Maybe it's worth to all of you to introduce yourselves at starting point? It's fairly easy to write and fruitful regarding subjects to talk about.
I, for myself, was born in Slavyansk (but lived in Novosibirsk until age 15). I have my degree from Donetsk Polytech, while studied computer sciences for one first year in KII. I'm parted rather early with my career in IT and moved to less formal (and much less responsibility-sensitive) business like web-building. Since I have a personal blog in early 2000s, it was actually easy to change to professional writing, so I did (starting out of local newspapers and up to the nation-wide editions). It's my primary business now, as I'm an freelance journalist and part-time editor in one of print periodicals. I'm also count myself as an amateur photographer.

Thanks! =) I judge the degree of say professionalism by the money from the sessions that's been sold. Even in a best times it was less than the third part of my total income, so I do prefer to think about it as a hobby.

My name is Jay. I was born in Kramatorsk. I mean, nah, I'm THE amateur: I don't even own a camera, just my lovely phone which is able to make shots good enough for my blog. I have no idea about colors, composition and other photo mumbo-jumbo, I just do some crappy shots when I feel I want to. I love to be a critic though.

You shouldn't take your camerophone so lightly, there's many people around who made their shots with actually weird stuff like the pinhole boxes made from cardboard or so. Even soviet Lomos became a huge hype. So cameraphone is a legitimate camera as far as it produce the shots good enough for you.
