I have searched to locate the sources on Wilhelm Fitzner which I had read in the internet.
I found the following entry:

Firma W. Fitzner in Laurahütte einen besonderen Ruf erworben. Das Werk wurde
1869 von dem 1905 verstorbenen Kommerzienrat Wilhelm Fitzner in Laurahütte
gegründet. 1881 kam ein zweites in Sielce bei Sosnowitz hinzu, das später in eine Aktiengesellschaft
umgewandelt wurde"

In the field of welding of iron sheet of any type the company W. Fitzner acquired a special reputation. The factory was founded in 1869 in Laurahütte by the "Kommerzienrat" (an old title not in existence any more) Wilhelm Fitzner who died in 1905. In the year 1881 a second company in Sielce near Sosnowitz was added which was later transformed into a joint stock comany.
On page 184 it says:
"1867 wurde auch die Firma R. Fitzner in Laurahütte durch W. Fitzner
gegründet. Hier wird heute Kleineisenzeug aller Art hergestellt. Hierzu
gehören Nieten, Schrauben, Muttern, Scheiben, Ringe, Schienen, usw."
In English:
In the year 1867 the company R. Fitzner (not W.!) was founded by W. Fitzner in Laurahütte. There, various small parts of iron were produced, including nuts, bolts, plates, rings, rails etcet.
Thus, there was first a company R. Fitzner founded by W. Fitzner in 1867 and later in 1869 he founded a second company W. Fitzner which produced among others kettles.
Who R. Fitzner was I could not yet find out, possibly the father of Wilhelm Fitzner.
Previously I had found the information that a predecessor of W. Fitzner was a smith who arrived in Laurahütte in search of work. I cannot relocate this internet entry but I keep trying.
W. Fitzern survived thus Konrad Gamper by six years. They had separated already quite some time ago, "1895 году выкупил долю у компаньона" as the Sosnowith annual calender informs us. Nevertheless the name W. Fitzner and K Gamper was maintained.

Иными словами
еще раз: на момент, когда К.Гампер основал Краматорский завод, благодаря чему здесь были заложены основы машиностроения и металлургии, Вильгельм Фицнер к фирме "В.Фицнер и К.Гампер" не имел абсолютно никакого отношения.
